Ask the supplier for detailed documentation and make sure that the training you receive makes it easy to understand and operate the system. A pellet boiler is not something you want to leave to chance, so service and support are just as important as the product itself. Does the supplier have strong support to offer, with clear instructions and help available when you need it? This is crucial for a safe and long-term investment.
Choosing a biofuel boiler is an investment that requires careful consideration. The most important thing is to invest in a model that is of high quality and reliable in operation, year after year. As there are many different brands on the market - all of which want to be the best - it is wise to compare carefully and not take the first best offer.
We believe in environmentally smart choices!
Moving from oil and diesel firing to renewable bioenergy with pellets and wood chips is a big step towards a sustainable future. We want to think long term and use sustainable materials of good quality, taking care of and recycling surplus material from production are important parts of our environmental work.
That's why we choose to work with the best in the business.

Our expertise ensures fast and accurate troubleshooting, optimization and repair. We always have a large selection of spare parts in stock to help you quickly.
For extra peace of mind, you can sign a service contract. Regular checks will extend the life of your system and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime, while maintaining energy efficiency.
The automatic pellet boiler - modern heating
A pellet boiler is a modern and efficient method of generating heat, suitable for homes to large buildings. Its design allows great flexibility in terms of location, as it can be installed regardless of whether the space is in the basement or attic.
The operation of the boiler is fully automated. It adapts its operation by switching itself on and off depending on the current heat demand, whether the heat is to be used for underfloor heating, radiators, domestic hot water or fan coil units.
To ensure high energy efficiency, the cleaning of key parts such as the grate, combustion chamber and convection section is automatic. The ash is handled by a screw that compresses it and transports it to an ash box.
Tips - how to take care of your pellet boiler
Turn off the main power before you start servicing the pellet boiler and turn it on again when everything is ready.
Remove the burner from time to time and check that the stop screws in the burner cup are tight.
Clean out coke and deposits in the burner cup all the way down to the auger - preferably once a month or when needed.
Check the optovac and clean it if it has become dirty.
Check the seals in the lock feeder and replace worn or discolored wings.
Empty the ash pan regularly to keep the pellet boiler in stable operation.
The difference between pellets and wood chips
Wood chips and pellets are both popular biofuels, but they differ in their production and form.
Wood chips consist of finely chipped wood - usually from less valuable tree parts, logs not suitable for sawing, or GROT (branches and tops) from final felling. Wood chips are used directly as a source of energy in both large heating plants and smaller facilities, and also as a raw material in the paper industry.
Pellets, on the other hand, are a highly compressed fuel. It is made from by-products such as sawdust or shavings. The material is dried, ground into a fine fraction and then compressed under high pressure and heat. The result is small, compact cylinders with high energy content.
Everything you need to know about pellets - your smart heat source
How much energy do I get out?
When you choose quality pellets, you get a real powerhouse that delivers around 4.8 kWh per kilogram. That means they're low in ash and moisture and give you an efficient burn.
Is it an environmentally friendly choice?
Absolutely! Pellets count as biofuel. When you burn pellets, you do not add any new carbon dioxide, making it a climate-friendly and sustainable alternative to fossil fuels.
How should I store my pellets?
To keep them at their best, it is important that you store them in a dry and cool place. A specially designed pellet store of at least 6-7 square meters is the best solution.
