We are taking the plunge to heat Sweden! For a couple of years, we have been working to develop the most efficient, smoothest and maintenance-free (1000h service interval!) hot air boiler.
Portable containers and hot air boilers - flexible and environmentally friendly heating solutions from CleanBurn
CleanBurn offers modern, efficient and climate-smart heating solutions suitable for construction sites, industries, farms and public facilities. Our range includes both portable containers - mobile boiler centers for temporary heating - and stationary or mobile hot air boilers for long-term or variable needs.
The portable containers are available in different sizes and powers, from 100 kW up to 500 kW. Thanks to the robust container solution, they are easy to transport, install and operate during the project. Each container is equipped with a generous pellet storage, ensuring a long operating time without the need for frequent refills. With Austrian Herz biofuel boilers at the heart of the systems, high quality, reliability and energy efficiency are guaranteed. In addition, all solutions are Ecodesign approved and meet the stringent environmental requirements for low emissions.
For more permanent needs, we offer stationary hot air boilers available in sizes from 110 kW to 200 kW. These systems are ideal for heating premises, workshops, greenhouses and animal sheds, or for processes where clean and even hot air is essential. Thanks to their smart design, the boilers have long service intervals and low maintenance costs, making them both cost-effective and reliable in the long run.

Lyko, Vansbro
A couple of weeks ago we were in Vansbro and started up and inspected the new plant (or rather the additional plant) at Lyko where they already had a boiler center from us. Now it is guaranteed to be very warm and cozy.

Partner Days!
On 21-23/9 Cleanburn was invited to Herz for Partner Days! It was days of fun and games, but also good conversations, important meetings and lots of good food.

Towards Norrland
Yesterday we sent a new, exciting product up to Norrland to heat a giant building (in the pouring rain of Gothenburg). New technology will be evaluated and tested on site in tough conditions. It will be fun to follow this up!

We have now started up a hot air boiler for an old customer who has bought a lot from us in the past.
It's good to be at the forefront of warming up for the next winter season.
The hot air boiler will heat the machinery that drives the sand conveyor for concrete production at the plant.
When we developed the hot air boilers, we didn't realize that there were so many different uses for them.
Only the imagination sets the limits! This factory will hereby further reduce its CO2 emissions next season.

Do you remember our 110kW hot air boiler that stands on a building site in Stockholm simmers and runs? Now it has run for 1000 hours without any problems / interruptions (except when someone accidentally pulled the cord, but maybe that can be taken in context).
Not bad, eh? That building saves a lot of money every month compared to if you had run the boiler with HVO or oil.
Definitely worth considering if you need to heat premises or construction sites, dry grain, etc. In addition, it is available both as stationary and mobile, which means that it can be used for several different things. Maybe heating during one season and drying the next?
