The road to sustainable buildings of the future starts in Gothenburg.

Building heating has historically been a large part of the climate footprint of construction and Clean Burn in Gothenburg wants to change that. They have developed boilers for both hot air and hot water that are powered by wood pellets, which is a very climate-smart alternative and also better for the wallet.

In the past, heating with pellets has often been perceived as cumbersome and time-consuming, but when developing our products we really listened to the market and asked what was missing.
Some of the most important points were that the heating equipment should take up as little space as possible and be weatherproof and robust, that there was a long service interval on the products so that they can basically just chug and go (here we have managed to get up to 1000 hours interval) and that they were reliable - ie you should not have to go every other day for hand application but you should be able to trust that it works.

By building biofuel-fired heating equipment from scratch specifically designed for building heating, we have therefore succeeded in all of the above (and much more) and in the range today there are two hot air boilers of 110 and 200 kW and three hot water boilers of 100, 300 and 500 kW. All boilers are portable so that they can be set up wherever they are needed.

Of course, our hot air boilers can be used in many other areas such as grain drying, local heating, greenhouses, etc. Everywhere where heat is simply needed.
